You just had a baby. Let someone else feed you.

Golden Hour Provisions delivers weekly postpartum meals to your door — designed by a certified nutrition consultant and prepared by a trained chef who happens to be a mother, just like you.

The Fourth Trimester Deserves Real Nourishment

The weeks after birth are not the time to think about dinner. They're the time to rest, to heal, to meet your baby, and to be held.

Golden Hour Provisions was created for exactly this window — that soft, golden, fleeting season of early postpartum. Every meal we deliver is designed around what your body needs in postpartum: warming foods that support digestion, iron-rich ingredients to replenish what was lost in birth, and nourishing broths that have sustained new mothers around the world for centuries.

This is not generic meal prep. This is food with a purpose, made by someone who understands the physiology of recovery — and who has lived it herself.

The person behind the meals.

What Makes This Different

Iron & Mineral Replenishment Birth is physically demanding. Our menus prioritize the nutrients most depleted during labor and delivery — iron, zinc, and essential minerals — so your body can rebuild.

Warming, Digestive-Friendly Foods Rooted in traditional postpartum wisdom from cultures worldwide, our meals emphasize warming, easy-to-digest foods that support your gut and circulation during recovery.

Lactation Support Whether or not you choose to breastfeed, our ingredients include natural galactagogues — foods traditionally used to support milk supply — woven naturally into every menu.

Zero Mental Load No planning, no shopping, no cooking, no dishes. Just open, heat, and eat. You have enough to think about.

“Wonderful experience! Tasty foods! Frozen meals and snacks were prepped specifically for our freezer just before the arrival of our second daughter (with heating instructions on meals) to be able eat at our convenience once she was born and life became a bit more hectic. We have a wheat allergy in our family and she worked around that dietary restriction too. I highly recommend her services for the postpartum period when you don’t have quite as much time on your hands and still need nourishing and filling foods!”
